Article 1 – Definitions
Seller: ML2122 STUDIO LLC, trading as KINDO, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Customer: the natural or legal person placing an order on try-kindo.com.
Products: the food supplements and related items offered on try-kindo.com.
Article 2 – Scope
These terms apply to all offers, orders and contracts between Seller and Customer through try-kindo.com.
Article 3 – Offer and contract
Offers are without obligation. The contract is concluded when Seller confirms the order by email.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are shown in your country's currency; in the EU they include VAT. Shipping is free. The total amount, and for subscriptions the amount of future payments, is shown in the checkout before payment. For an existing order, the price at the time of ordering applies.
Article 5 – Payment
You pay with the payment methods shown in the checkout. Subscriptions can only be paid with methods that support recurring payments (such as credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Article 6 – Delivery
Seller delivers to the countries available in the checkout, within the European Union and in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Expected delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy and are indicative. Risk passes to the Customer on delivery.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery, as described in our Refund policy. Food supplements whose seal has been broken are excluded.
Article 8 – Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the frequency and price shown before payment until the Customer cancels. Cancellation is possible at any time, free of charge, as described in our Subscription policy.
Article 9 – Warranty and liability
Seller guarantees that the products conform to the contract. Consumers' statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Seller's liability is limited to the order amount, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Article 10 – Food supplements
Our products are food supplements and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Follow the recommended daily dose on the packaging and consult a doctor if in doubt.
Article 11 – Intellectual property
All content on try-kindo.com is the property of ML2122 STUDIO LLC and may not be used without written permission.
Article 12 – Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Consumers in the European Union keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence, including the right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty. You can also file a complaint via the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
