Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your KINDO purchase. Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the product to withdraw from the contract. Let us know within that period at support@try-kindo.com or +1 (862) 276-3773.
Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Food supplements whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Send the products back within 14 days of your withdrawal, with your order number.
How to return
Contact us first at support@try-kindo.com. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are yours, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have shown proof of return.
Damaged or defective
Received a damaged or defective product? Email us photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or refund the full amount.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by email. Deliveries already shipped are covered by the right of withdrawal above.
