Which KINDO is right for my child?

Growth for bones (calcium, D3, K2). Focus for omega-3 DHA & EPA from algae. Daily as the all-in-one multivitamin. Sleep for magnesium, B6 and zinc in the evening routine. Many families combine two — each product page shows what pairs well.

From what age can my child take KINDO?

From 2 years: 1 gummy a day. From 4 years and teens: 2 gummies a day. Always chew well.

Is there sugar in it?

No added sugar in any KINDO formula. The fruit flavours are natural and the sweetness comes from a sugar-free sweetener — kids taste candy, you read a clean label.

What do they taste like?

One flavour per formula: Orange (Growth), Blueberry (Focus), Strawberry (Daily) and Forest fruits (Sleep). Soft gummy bears, no chalky or fishy aftertaste.

Can my child take more than one KINDO product?

Yes. The formulas are designed to be combined — for example Growth at breakfast and Sleep in the evening. Keep to the daily dose on each jar, and check with your paediatrician if your child is on medication.

Is it vegan?

Yes. All four formulas are plant-based: pectin instead of gelatin, vegan vitamin D3 and omega-3 from algae instead of fish.

Is it safe to take every day?

Yes. Doses follow the European reference values for children and every batch is 3rd party lab-tested for purity and contaminants. KINDO is a food supplement: it supports a varied diet, it does not replace it.
